Serious Randomness.

On a whim, I asked Mom today, what was a Very Random Incident in her life.

After thinking several seconds, she responded,

"Once, at a chocolate festival in Yakima, I won a prize: a purple and green inflatable kayak."
For real. Isn't that random??? Since when did chocolate festivals hand out kayaks? Why purple and green?
I challenge YOU! Gentle readers, if you can come up with a real life incident more random than that, I shall actually try my hand at making an award for you.
TTFN! I think I am going to go look for some chocolate.

This is probably not very random. In fact, I bet every kid has thought of this. But once when I was little, I climbed a tree and I just knew, just KNEW I could fly if I really, Really thought hard about it. I jumped...

And well, I guess everyone knows the results.

poor person... you know, this story isn't mine, but to contribute sort of going along the lines of lib's story... it was one of my friends (whose name is Brittany), when she was little.
You know when, if you stare into the light, there's a little dot that's left in your vision? well, she was at a palyground and suddenly decided to chase the little dot (who she called Tinkerbell) around the whole place. her parents thought she had lost her mind... now, i laugh every time i see the little "tinkerbell" :D...
hay, i could get some pretty random stories from my dad, because of his... interesting childhood and because in the surgery rooms at the hospital (he's a nurse-anesthetist) and everyone else in the room always bring either stories or riddles to tell while they're doing the surgeries (yes, that's what goes on while your sleeping and they're cutting you open. doesn't that make you feel comfortable?). I can post them on my blog when I get them all together... that'll be a good post. :)

I was bored Thursday night, so I pretended to be a monkey and tried to bite off my friend's foot. Does that count?

Letsee... something really random? Let me think.
When I started going to a new school. I was a new sensation because I had been homeschooled and was English. And I talked a lot. Some class-mates that weren't my friends yet decided to count all the times I spoke, and they got up to 420 in just a week and a half!
